About Luna Vera

Our Story

At Luna Vera, I am passionate about supporting those living with endometriosis through natural, holistic remedies. My journey has been deeply personal, as I navigate life with endometriosis while also working in the cannabis industry for over five years. This experience has allowed me to develop a profound understanding of herbal medicine, and I aim to share this knowledge with others facing similar challenges. My approach is rooted in empowerment, education, and the belief that natural remedies can help manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.

This website is a reflection of my mission to educate and inspire. From providing tips on avoiding harmful cosmetic ingredients to offering advice on self-care practices, I want to help you live a balanced life despite the challenges of endometriosis. With the ongoing development of my skincare range, starting with the first batch of fragrance-free Chamomile Oat Soap, I aim to provide gentle and chemical-free solutions that nurture both body and mind.

As I continue my studies in Naturopathy and work on a book dedicated to herbal, plant, and botanical support for hormone balancing, Luna Vera will evolve into a hub for endometriosis warriors. I look forward to sharing more about the natural remedies and lifestyle changes that have supported me, and I hope to create a space for others to feel empowered in their own healing journeys.

Eventually, Luna Vera will also feature meal plans, natural skincare products, and a membership area designed to offer affordable support once I am fully qualified. For now, this space is dedicated to building a community, sharing knowledge, and growing together.

Our Vision and Mission

Luna Vera was born out of a desire to offer a different path for those living with endometriosis. Through the combination of education, self-care practices, and natural remedies, my goal is to create a supportive community where people can thrive despite the limitations of chronic illness. I believe that by making informed choices about what we put on our bodies and in our minds, we can find greater peace, balance, and relief from the symptoms of endometriosis. My aim is to provide tools and resources that help individuals regain control of their health.

In the future, Luna Vera will be a space where individuals can access tailored meal plans, herbal care guides, and support. As I complete my Naturopathy qualification, I plan to offer affordable, accessible resources that help endometriosis warriors feel empowered to take control of their health. By expanding into a membership area, I hope to provide a supportive space where individuals can connect and share their healing experiences.

Svetlana Seeto

Founder

My name is Svetlana Seeto, and I have been living with endometriosis for many years. This journey has been both challenging and transformative, leading me to pursue a career in Naturopathy and delve deeper into the world of herbal medicine. Over the last five years, I have worked in the cannabis industry, where I gained invaluable knowledge about the therapeutic properties of plants and natural remedies. This experience, combined with my personal struggle with endometriosis, has ignited a deep passion for helping others who are walking a similar path.

Through Luna Vera, I aim to provide practical resources, personal insights, and education on how to manage endometriosis naturally. I am committed to creating products that are free of harmful chemicals, as well as sharing the knowledge I gain through my Naturopathy studies.

I am currently in the process of writing a book on how herbal, plant, and botanical remedies can support hormone balancing for endometriosis. This book is designed to be a guide for those seeking natural solutions to manage their symptoms. I look forward to sharing my journey and all the knowledge I’ve accumulated with the community at Luna Vera, offering support, encouragement, and resources to anyone in need.
